Responsibilities

• Generates additional business through analyzing sales territory and customers; samples products and plans sales strategy.
• Grows sales and profit margins to meet goals.
• Sets up new customer accounts and coordinates deliveries with Credit/Operations.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by providing exemplary service and resolving issues; may handle deliveries in emergencies.
• Builds additional business with current customers through product penetration to maximize profitability.
