Job summary

WM is seeking a Sales Executive to drive direct sales of Shred-it's document destruction services within Nashville, TN, and surrounding areas. The role covers all sales stages from prospecting to closing and revenue realization.

The candidate will maintain WMHS policies and collaborate with the District Sales Manager to set targets, build a robust pipeline, and stay current on service offerings and competitors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years in sales experience, ideally business-to-business.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively sell document destruction services to prospective customers in a specific territory.
• Develop and set measurable sales targets monthly and yearly with District Sales Manager.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities for the assigned territory.
• Maintain knowledge of Shred-it services and competitive solutions.
• Build leads via phone, door-to-door, appointments, and direct mail campaigns.
• Report daily activities and results to the District Sales Manager.
• Establish relationships with current and potential customers within the territory.
