Job summary

Nippon Sanso MATHESON is seeking a Safety Sales Specialist for the USA Territory to grow sales of PPE, first aid, and emergency preparedness products. The role focuses on building strong customer partnerships and expanding market share across multiple channels in the assigned region.

The candidate should have 5+ years in outside sales within the safety industry, with demonstrated ability to meet targets. A valid driver’s license and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of outside sales within the safety products industry.
• Experience selling safety products to manufacturers or distributors.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing revenue.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales awareness of our safety product line and services (PPE, first aid, emergency preparedness).
• Set sales appointments and call on customers in the territory; engage plant managers and safety personnel.
• Manage and grow sales of safety equipment within the territory; pursue new accounts.
• Develop marketing and sales plans to increase sales and profits in the territory.
• Prepare quotes and sales contracts; process orders and present to customers.
