Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking an Outside Sales Associate for Louisville, KY. You will join a growing sales team in the construction arena, with a structured 18–24 month training program paired with an experienced Traditional Sales Representative to develop your skills and career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; recent grads considered.
• 1–4 years in sales is acceptable; athletes encouraged to apply.
• Must have a valid driver's license and basic computer literacy.
• Strong work ethic, multitasking ability, and willingness to train for 12+ months.

Responsibilities

• Assist an experienced Traditional Sales Representative for 18–24 months in hands-on training.
• Travel within the assigned territory to build client relationships and drive sales.
