Job summary

2020 Companies seeks a Retail Engagement Specialist to build retailer relationships, educate merchants on client financial services, and drive program adoption across the assigned territory in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This field role requires daily travel and a focus on delivering a strong customer experience at each location.

Expect to visit 22–35 retailers daily in a fast-paced environment, with weekly pay, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of sales, retail, or marketing experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle, insurance, and pass an MVR screening.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. and travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within the territory and engage with merchants professionally.
• Educate merchants on client products, services, and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns.
• Place and maintain in-store point-of-sale materials and branding.
• Document visits using mobile tools and report activity to Retail Operations.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet territory goals and coverage.
