Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Seasonal Retail Engagement Specialist to travel within your territory, visiting 22–30 locations daily to educate merchants on client products and benefits. You will build strong retailer relationships, manage in-store materials, and report activities via mobile tools.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
Six (6) months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Reliable transportation within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Partner with the client to train and advocate for client products at the retailer.
Drive merchant awareness within your assigned territory.
Maintain professional interaction with merchants and fellow employees.
Place and maintain point-of-purchase signage and in-store branding.
Audit and record competitive products, promotions, and merchant feedback.
Travel to major markets and events for iconic launches to promote products.
Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
