2020 Companies is seeking a Seasonal Retail Engagement Specialist to travel within your territory, build relationships with merchants, and educate them on client financial services and program benefits. Expect a 90-day assignment, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a focus on field-based, independent work.

The role requires a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle, plus strong communication and organizational skills to visit 22–30 stores daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
• Must have a personal vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the client to train and advocate for client products at the retailer.
• Drive merchant awareness within your assigned territory.
• Maintain professional interaction with both merchants and fellow employees.
• Place and maintain point-of-purchase signage on the business exterior or interior.
• Advise merchants by providing information on products.
• Audit and record competitive products, promotions, merchandising, displays, and merchant feedback.
• Travel to major markets and events for iconic launches to promote products.
• Contribute to team efforts by assisting in launch-related activities as needed.
• Accurately track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Ensure feedback reporting is submitted in a timely manner.
