Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Seasonal Retail Engagement Specialist to travel throughout the Birmingham, AL area, visiting retail locations and building strong merchant relationships. You will educate merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits while supporting business growth.

The role is field-based, with a 90-day term and a pay rate of $21 per hour plus a 10% monthly bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and MVR screening completed

Responsibilities

• Travel to 22–30 stores daily within the assigned territory to engage merchants
• Educate merchants on client products and program benefits
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and in-store branding
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems
• Manage a daily route and report activity to Retail Operations
