Job summary

Join 2020 Companies as a Seasonal Retail Engagement Specialist and play a key role in building retail partner relationships, increasing program visibility, and supporting business growth across your territory! You will spend your days on the road visiting 22–30 locations, educating merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits, and documenting each visit.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, pays $25 per hour with a 10% monthly bonus opportunity, mileage reimbursement,

Qualifications

• Requires a personal vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and MVR screening.
• Six months of sales or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit 22–30 retail locations per day across assigned territory.
• Educate merchants on client programs and benefits.
• Provide on-site support and answer merchant questions.
• Maintain in-store materials and signage.
• Document visits and report activity via mobile tools.
• Manage daily route with independent field work.
