Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Seasonal Retail Engagement Specialist to travel your assigned territory, visiting approximately 22–30 retail locations daily to build merchant relationships and promote the client’s financial services and program benefits.

You will educate merchants, provide on-site support, and maintain in-store materials while documenting visits in mobile tools. The role suits independent, people-oriented individuals with strong communication skills and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of sales, promotion, or marketing experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in field-based role.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Physical ability to lift up to 15 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Visit 22–30 retail locations per day across the territory.
• Educate merchants on client financial services and program benefits.
• Maintain in-store materials and signage.
• Document visits and route activity via mobile tools.
• Provide on-site support and address merchant questions.
