Job summary

Hiossen in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Territory Representative to grow dental implant product sales across the East Fort Worth area. You will proactively identify opportunities, conduct outbound calls and client visits, and build lasting relationships with dental offices.

This full-time role requires at least 3 years of direct sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel within your territory.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years direct sales experience.
• Experience in dental implant or medical devices preferred.
• Willing to travel within assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and cultivate new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase market share of Hiossen products.
• Execute daily outbound calls, client visits, and follow-up activities to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic sales activity plans tailored to maximize results within your assigned territory.
• Conduct in-person visits to a minimum of six dental offices each day to build relationships and support customer needs.
• Deliver exceptional service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support branch sales initiatives by maintaining high service standards and cross-selling opportunities.
• Actively recruit dentists and dental professionals for Hiossen seminars to ensure attendance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to collect outstanding accounts receivables.
• Participate in Hiossen product training to gain expertise in offerings and sales procedures.
• Attend weekend AIC courses, trade shows, and dental exhibitions as required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with internal departments to follow up on and assist with the collection of outstanding accounts receivables
• Participate in and successfully complete Hiossen’s comprehensive product training programs, gaining expertise in product offerings, technical knowledge, and company sales procedures and techniques
• Attend and actively participate in weekend AIC courses, trade shows, dental exhibitions, and other sales-related events and activities as required; weekend availability is an expectation of this role

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have at least (3) years of successful experience as a direct sales representative
• Prior experience in the dental implant or medical devices field is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a territory of similar size and scope.
• Completion of formalized sales training course(s) preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must have the ability to travel within your assigned territory.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Prolonged periods of sitting, walking, and standing at customer’s office and other meeting locations.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to drive.
