Job summary

Texas First Rentals in Laredo seeks a customer-focused sales professional responsible for growing our rental and equipment sales, maintaining the existing customer base, and sourcing new business opportunities within the market.

You will work with the District Sales Manager and Branch Manager to execute the business plan, manage bids and contracts, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, onsite retail and office environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent with some college coursework.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Sales and marketing of rental and purchase of equipment.
• Provides service and support of existing customer base.
• Sourcing new business opportunities.
• Prepares and presents sales contracts/lease agreements.
• Prepares sales plans, sales reports, expense, and daily call reports.
• Develops new accounts and maintaining accounts from previous year.
• Formulates bids on new and existing jobs and projects.
• Identifies and acquires new service contract opportunities.
• Receives customer orders and serves as the customer contact point.
• Generates a referral network to assist in increasing the client base.
