Gulf Coast JCB is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative in Baton Rouge, LA, to drive parts and service revenue within an assigned territory. You will develop new customer relationships, strengthen accounts, perform equipment inspections, and promote solutions that maximize uptime while growing the dealership's parts and service business.

You will report to the General Manager and collaborate with Parts, Service, Sales, and Administration teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy equipment, construction equipment, agriculture equipment, trucks, diesel engines, or related industries.
• Outside sales, product support sales, service sales, parts sales, or customer support experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment maintenance and repair practices.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new customer accounts through prospecting, cold calling, referrals, and jobsite visits.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand fleet needs and operating challenges.
• Establish Gulf Coast JCB as the preferred provider of parts, service, maintenance, and equipment support solutions.
• Promote parts, service, inspections, repairs, and customer support programs.
• Provide quotes, proposals, and repair recommendations; follow up on open quotes to maximize conversions.
• Perform equipment inspections and document machine condition; identify maintenance opportunities.
