Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• English required.
• Travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections following procedures, including venipuncture and capillary draws, with minimal error.
• Obtain patient identification and verify labeling; perform necessary data entry.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing, including labeling and storage.
• Research test information and verify orders using lab systems.
