Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist III to travel within a Winchester, VA territory, performing specimen collection and processing for PSCs, client offices, and other sites.

Responsibilities include accurate venipuncture, patient identification, and adherence to testing protocols. In this role you will work Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM with rotational weekends, travel up to 75% within the territory, and potential for annual bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• Travel up to 75%.
• English required.
• Strong knowledge of phlebotomy practices and complex collection procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws with accuracy.
• Verify patient identification and labeling; data entry as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing per orders.
• Provide professional service and address patient questions.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming collection environment and handle high-volume workflow.
