Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections (venipuncture, capillary draws) with accuracy and low error rate.
• Obtain patient identification and signatures for correct labeling; perform data entry as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing, including labeling, centrifuging, and storage as required.
• Provide exemplary professional and courteous service to patients and clients; communicate procedures clearly.
