Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist II to cover Parma, OH, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotational weekends. Travel within the territory to provide professional phlebotomy services at PSCs, client offices, or other sites.

Expect accurate specimen collection, patient identification, and adherence to testing protocols to ensure high-quality lab results. Applicants must have phlebotomy certification as required in several states and the ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws, handling difficult draws with minimal error.
• Obtain patient identification, signatures, and perform data entry as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing; label, centrifuge, split, and store as required.
• Research test/client information and verify orders using lab systems.
