Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Euclid, OH, is seeking a Phlebotomist II to perform specimen collections across an assigned territory Monday to Friday, with weekend rotation. The role requires travel to PSCs and client offices, venipuncture and capillary draws, and accurate data entry to support quality lab results.

You will maintain a clean collection environment, communicate clearly with patients, staff, and clients, and ensure adherence to testing protocols.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• English proficiency required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Travel within an assigned territory to deliver phlebotomy services at PSCs, IOPs, or other sites.
• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws with accuracy and minimal errors.
• Identify patients and verify specimen labeling; enter data as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing per order requirements.
• Maintain professional patient interactions and a clean collection environment.
• Provide coverage across PSCs and Client Offices within the territory as needed.
