Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• English required.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections (venipuncture, capillary draws) across tests with accuracy and minimal error.
• Identify patients, verify orders, and document data entry.
• Maintain a clean, safe collection environment and provide professional patient service.
