Job summary

SynBio in California is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep – Primary Care (Entry level and/or Specialty) to build brand awareness, expand the client base, and drive long-term sales across our healthcare contracts.

You will manage client relationships, enable access to products, and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs. This full-time role offers a base salary range of $68k–$104k with additional commissions; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year working in sales or customer service.
• Proven record of meeting sales or customer satisfaction goals.
• Capable of identifying, winning, and retaining clients.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Finding/engaging new clients and subsequently retain them for the long-term.
• Becoming a medical and pharmaceutical expert for your client base.
• Working with clients and helping them make the right decisions regarding their medical agreements and healthcare cost management needs.
• Developing and maintaining healthy, long-term relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Managing your time effectively in order to excel in a multi-faceted role.
