Job summary

Haun Welding Supply, Inc. invites an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Boston, focused on welding, industrial gases, and related markets. Monday – Friday schedule with competitive base salary, commission, and incentives.

You will grow territory sales, identify new opportunities, and promote welding equipment sales and rental solutions while delivering exceptional customer service and support across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of outside sales in welding, industrial gases, industrial distribution, metal fabrication, or related equipment.
• Strong technical aptitude paired with interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop territory and business plans, manage multiple priorities, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Grow territory sales and profitability by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new customers.
• Identify opportunities via prospecting, cold calling, and lead follow-up.
• Promote welding equipment sales and rental solutions within the assigned region.
• Prepare quotes, deliver presentations, and provide consistent customer follow-up.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders across departments and manage cylinder inventory programs.
• Review customer operations and suggest process or equipment improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to exceed customer expectations.
