Distribution International is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive territory growth and maintain strong customer relationships. The role emphasizes proactive sales strategies, customer service excellence, and effective use of CRM tools to manage accounts and opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year in B2B outside sales, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 75% within a 250‑mile radius. The company offers base plus commission and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as an outside sales representative selling business to business.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations within last 3 years on driving record.

Responsibilities

• Expand the sales volume and profits within the territory by actively calling on new and existing customers.
• Develop strategic sales plans and forecasts for the territory.
• Identify and pursue additional sales opportunities in current and new product lines.
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product presentations to customers at all levels within the customer’s company.
• Use the company CRM to track calls, prospects, activities, and results.
• Attend training and industry events as required.
