Job summary

Distribution International is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive revenue and margins across a defined territory. You will build strong customer relationships, manage accounts, and deliver quotes, proposals, and product presentations.

Overnight travel is required, with a 250-mile radius coverage. The role requires at least one year of B2B outside sales experience, a valid license, and a Bachelor’s degree or some college preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older
• Valid driver’s license with minimal violations in last 3 years
• Minimum 1 year of outside B2B sales experience
• CRM experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Expand sales volume and profits within the territory by calling on new and existing customers
• Develop strategic sales plans and forecasts for the territory
• Identify and pursue additional sales opportunities in current and new product lines
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product presentations to customers at all levels
• Use CRM to track calls, activities, goals and results
• Attend training and industry events as required
• Plan sales trips to maximize coverage within budget
• Other duties as assigned
