Job summary

WAUSAU TILE LLC seeks an experienced Outside Sales Representative to manage the Las Vegas and Arizona-area territory. You’ll represent all five divisions, selling interior and exterior lines to design and construction pros, in a flexible remote contractor role that rewards relationship-building and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in outside sales in building/construction materials.
• 5+ years in construction products/services.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Willingness to travel daily within territory; overnight stays occasionally.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales revenue by acquiring new accounts and expanding relationships.
• Represent WAUSAU TILE LLC’s full product portfolio to architects and contractors.
• Generate qualified leads and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Understand client needs and present tailored product solutions.
• Manage proposals, negotiations, and order logistics from start to finish.
• Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Use Salesforce to track opportunities and report activity.
• Stay informed on competitor activity and market trends.
• Educate clients on product updates and specs.
• Assist in payment collection if needed.
