Job summary

Westeck Windows and Doors in Kirkland, WA is seeking a customer-focused Project Consultant to join our outside sales team. You will build relationships with homeowners, builders, and designers, advise on window, door, and patio opening solutions, and guide projects from initial contact to delivery.

This role emphasizes consultative selling, product demonstrations, accurate quotations, and close collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or account management.
• Strong relationship-building and closing skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory.
• Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or business preferred.
• Knowledge of windows, doors, or building products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and grow your territory.
• Consult with homeowners and pros to recommend solutions.
• Present product demonstrations and prepare quotes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to quote, order, schedule, and deliver.
• Maintain showroom presence as part of a rotation and engage in field activities.
