Lone Star Materials, Inc. in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Outside Sales I to participate in a comprehensive program that covers branch operations, delivery processes, and inside sales, while building deep product knowledge across drywall, insulation, metal studs, ceilings, tools, and safety items.

The role includes leading the sales process from lead generation to close in an assigned territory and implementing the marketing plan.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to self-manage are required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; knowledge of Excel is preferred.
• Experience in supplier relationship management and the building materials industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Master all steps of the sales process from accounts planning to closing.
• Develop new business and generate leads in the assigned territory.
• Provide timely pricing and maintain accurate sales records.
• Understand delivery processes and pricing to support customer needs.
