PeopleReady is seeking a Territory Manager in Goodyear, AZ to oversee daily operations, drive revenue growth, and manage a multi-location team. The role emphasizes safety, staff development, and strong customer partnerships while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 4+ years of professional experience with 2+ in management, and proven leadership abilities in staffing or a related field. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 4 years' professional experience with 2 years of related management experience.
• Experience in improving customer satisfaction and driving positive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory P&L and performance metrics.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and staff development.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, hire, schedule, and develop team members across locations.
• Retain and expand customer accounts and travel to client sites for sales.
• Create quotes and understand local market conditions to drive opportunities.
