Job summary

Power Home Remodeling is seeking an Office Operations Coordinator to oversee facility maintenance and operations for the Territory locations, including sales, delivery, and warehouse spaces. You will manage Power Fleet programs and coordinate with HQ and local leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires organization, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or technical school; 1-2 years in a related role preferred.
• Experience coordinating office facilities and operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing physical maintenance of all territory locations, including repairs and housekeeping.
• Install, maintain, or move equipment around the office.
• Communicate with HQ and territory leadership.
• Manage local service providers and vendor relationships.
• Handle daily communications between Power and Property Management.
• Manage security systems and badge printing for the territory.
• Develop budgets for ongoing operations.
• Assist in logistics and inventory for territory property and supplies.
• Support local events and front desk administration.
• Monitor Facilities Ticket Queue and assist Fleet with driver safety programs.
