Job summary

Power Home Remodeling is seeking an Office Operations Coordinator to oversee the physical maintenance and operation of Territory locations, including sales, delivery, warehouse spaces, and branch sites. You will manage local fleet programs, coordinate with HQ and territory leadership, handle vendor agreements, monitor security systems, and support events and front desk administration.

The role requires strong organization, multi-project management, and clear communication within a team

Qualifications

• Must be go-getter, extremely organized, able to manage multiple projects
• Strong written, verbal, and quantitative skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and research-driven problem solving

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing physical maintenance of territory locations including repairs and housekeeping
• Install, maintain, or move equipment around the office
• Communicate with HQ and territory leadership
• Identify and manage local service provider agreements
• Handle daily communications between Power and Property Management
• Manage territory physical security systems and badge printing
• Establish and maintain budgets for ongoing operations
• Assist in managing logistics and inventory of territory property, supplies, and materials
• Support local events and front desk administration
• Coordinate Fleet Team training and driver safety programs
