Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group seeks an Office Operations Coordinator to oversee the physical maintenance and operation of Territory locations, including combined sales, delivery, and warehouse spaces. This role manages Power Fleet programs and coordinates with HQ and territory leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.

The position requires strong organization, effective communication, and the ability to juggle multiple projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or technical training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing physical maintenance of territory locations, repairs, and housekeeping.
• Install, maintain, or move equipment across offices.
• Coordinate with HQ and territory leadership on operations.
• Manage local service providers and territory security systems.
• Handle budget development for territory operations and logistics.
• Assist with storage and inventory of territory property, supplies, and materials.
• Support local events and front desk administration.
• Monitor Facilities Ticket Queue and fleet-related driver safety programs.
• Collaborate with Fleet Team on driver training and insurance card updates.
• Tackle other projects as assigned by management.
