• Must hold a current RN license to practice in Michigan.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and implement the individualized plan of care.
• Provide direct/indirect patient care and supervise other clinical staff.
• Coordinate care with CHHAs and CNAs to ensure quality patient care.
• Document patient care provided and update care plans as needed.
