Johnson Brothers Maverick Beverage Company is seeking a Sales Trainee/Merchandiser to manage an established sales territory, including selling, servicing, merchandising, and admin tasks. The role trains new personnel to eventually run their own territory.

Responsibilities include delivering orders, stocking shelves, displaying promotions, and executing in-store tastings. Travel within designated areas is required; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• One year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Lift and move 40+ pound cases.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Willing to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong salesperson with good communication and organization.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
• Deliver orders accurately to accounts.
• Stock shelves and set up displays for maximum exposure.
• Ensure correct merchandising and pricing per standards.
• Communicate customer needs to management.
• Maintain logs of accounts visited and activities.
• Travel within assigned territory as needed.
