Ortho Molecular Products is seeking a driven Medical Sales Representative for the San Jose, CA territory. You will meet with licensed healthcare practitioners to understand their practices and tailor recommendations to meet their needs.

The role requires a consultative approach, strong B2B sales skills, and a self-motivated, organized mindset. Relocation to the San Jose area is welcomed, with a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of successful B2B sales experience.
• A bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in both a technical and consultative sales approach.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and excellent organizational skills.
• Energetic and positive attitude with a dedication to serving customers.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple objectives effectively.

Responsibilities

• Meet with licensed healthcare practitioners, learn practices to sell our products/solutions.
• Grow the customer base within the territory while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Meet established sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
