Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a field-based sales professional to cover outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics in your assigned geography. You will educate physicians and clinic staff on product benefits and drive new prescription volume, while maintaining a robust territory pipeline in our CRM.

The role emphasizes achieving monthly and quarterly targets, conducting in-clinic education and product demonstrations, and managing expenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• Track record of quota achievement in a metrics-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your expense budget responsibly.
