Job summary

Invictus Surgical Incorporated in Washington, DC, represents Arthrex as exclusive sales agency for Western/Central Washington and Northeast Oregon, providing customers with medical devices and surgical techniques.

Reports to Territory Sales Manager and drives Arthrex product sales and customer service within clinics and hospitals across the territory. Compensation includes base salary with commissions, plus benefits such as health, retirement, PTO and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; driving to clinics, offices, hospitals within territory.
• Valid driver’s license is required for travel within territory.
• Background check and credentialing for hospital access must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Sell Arthrex products to achieve territory sales goals; develop strategy and execute on calls, lunches, demos, and in-services.
• Provide excellent customer service; communicate professionally and maintain high emotional intelligence.
• Manage territory logistics and inventory, ensure timely delivery and return of product sets.
• Participate in training and development programs to refine performance.
