Job summary

Invictus Surgical proudly represents Arthrex, Inc., as the exclusive sales agency for Western/Central Washington and Northeast Oregon. The Territory Sales Manager will drive sales of medical devices and surgical products while maintaining strong relationships with HCPs, clinics, and hospitals in the assigned region.

Responsibilities include field sales calls, product demonstrations, CRM updates, and promoting Arthrex educational offerings to customers, with focus on achieving territory goals and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• A valid driver's license required for travel within territory.
• Successful completion of a background check and credentialing process for hospital access.

Responsibilities

• Sell Arthrex products to achieve territory sales goals and upgrade opportunities.
• Develop sales strategy and prepare/rehearse for sales activity with Territory Sales Manager/Practice Sales Manager.
• Conduct office/clinic based sales calls, product demos, and in-services with healthcare customers.
• Utilize CRM to track opportunity progress and customer interactions.
• Drive attendance to Arthrex courses and continue professional development.
