Job summary

The Territory Sales role reports to the Territory Sales Manager and focuses on driving sales, supporting customers, and managing inventory within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Driver’s License required for travel within territory.
• Background check and credentialing required for hospital access.

Responsibilities

• Sell Arthrex products to achieve territory sales goals.
• Develop sales strategy and coordinate with Territory Sales Manager.
• Conduct office/clinic based sales calls, product demos, in-services, and other activities.
• Utilize CRM to track opportunities and outcomes.
• Sell Arthrex educational courses and drive attendance at events.
• Provide excellent customer service within territory.
• Support territory logistics and inventory management.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Education
