Job summary

PolyNovo Limited is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to promote NovoSorb technologies in the advanced wound and burn space within the Texas territory, including Lubbock. You will drive sales, manage hospital accounts, and engage surgeons and OR staff to expand market share.

The role requires 3 years in medical device sales (OR sales preferred), a business or life sciences background, and strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business and/or BMedSci/BSc (Life Sciences).
• 3 years in a medical device sales role, OR Operating Room sales preferred.
• Scientific understanding of biotechnology.
• Ability to provide technical and sales training and support to new employees.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective relationships.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Proven accountability for quality and timeliness of work outputs.
• Experience working autonomously in a small team.
• Proven proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Experience selling into complex acute wound markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales quota and case-mix requirements for the assigned territory.
• Develop new business and maintain relationships with customers (multi-tiered).
• Manage surgical case coverage with surgeons and staff before, during, and after surgery.
• Understand local contracts and maximize penetration of accounts.
• Sell clinical and economic value of PolyNovo and Novosorb technologies.
• Maintain CRM with cases, pipeline, and communications.
