Job summary

PolyNovo Limited is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in the surgical wound market within the assigned territory, focusing on PolyNovo Novosorb technologies. You will promote products, build relationships with hospitals, and manage accounts to optimize revenue and market share.

The role requires 3+ years in medical device sales, strong biotech knowledge, and the ability to work autonomously in a small team. Travel to regional accounts is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business and/or Life Sciences.
• 3 years of medical device sales experience (Operating Room sales preferred).
• Scientific understanding of biotechnology.
• Ability to train and support new employees.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the sales quota and surgical case mix requirements for the territory.
• Develop new business through competitive selling and maintain relationships with customers.
• Manage surgical case coverage with surgeons and OR staff.
• Sell clinical and economic value of PolyNovo and Novosorb technologies.
• Maintain CRM with orders, pipeline, and account updates.
