Synergy Sales Recruiting of LA, LLC seeks a hunter sales rep to expand our fertility and women’s healthcare territory. You will target surgeons across General Surgery, ENT, Plastics, and Breast Reconstruction, and you may travel 2–3 nights weekly to cover Mississippi, Northern Louisiana, and Little Rock.

The role offers a base salary of $80,000 with uncapped OTE of $183,000, plus a quarterly $2,000 bonus for quota attainment, a car allowance, and full benefits including medical, 401(k), parental

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 2+ years of documented and verifiable sales experience in procedural surgical sales.
• Documented ability to grow sales in previous roles.
• Able to travel 2-3 nights a week
• Maintain medical documentation and a good health profile to comply with customer requirements within the territory.

Aufgaben

• Grow the territory by actively pursuing new business with surgical call points (General Surgeons, ENT, Plastics, Breast Reconstruction, etc.).
• Travel within Mississippi, Northern Louisiana, and Little Rock with 2-3 nights of travel per week.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and contribute to OTE targets.
• Maintain accurate records of activity and customer interactions.

Great opportunity to join a leading fertility and women’s healthcare company! We are looking for a hunter sales rep to grow the territory, someone experienced in procedural surgical sales, with a documented successful track record.

Call points include surgeons of various specialties including General Surgeons, ENT, Plastics, Breast Reconstruction, etc.

Territory includes the state of Mississippi, Northern Louisiana (Shreveport - Monroe), and Little Rock, with 2-3 nights a week travel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 2+ years of documented and verifiable sales experience, working in a procedural surgical sale.
• Documented ability to grow sales in previous sales positions.
• Able to travel 2-3 nights a week
• The individual must also maintain medical documentation and a good, documented health profile to allow them the ability to comply with customer requirements within their territory.

Pay and Benefits:

• Base $80,000 with OTE $183,000first year, not capped
• $2,000 bonus per Quarter for every Quota TM achieves 100%
• 3-month Guarantee
• Car allowance $700 + gas + $100 oil change
