Job summary

Synergy Sales Recruiting of LA, LLC is seeking a hunter sales rep to grow the territory in Greater New Orleans and Baton Rouge. No overnight travel, driven by surgeons across General Surgery, ENT, Plastics, and Breast Reconstruction.

A strong Associate Rep with procedural sales experience will be considered, with uncapped earning potential. Base salary is $80,000 with OTE $183,000 in the first year, plus a $2,000 quarterly bonus for achieving quotas, a 3-month guarantee, car allowance, and

• 1–3 years of documented sales experience in procedural surgical sales.
• Must demonstrate ability to grow sales in previous positions.

Great opportunity to join a leading fertility and women’s healthcare company! We are looking for a hunter sales rep to grow the territory. WILL CONSIDER A STRONG ASSOCIATE SALES REP experienced in procedural surgical sales.

Call points include surgeons of various specialties including General Surgeons, ENT, Plastics, Breast Reconstruction, etc.

Territory includes Greater New Orleans (North & South Shore) and Baton Rouge. No overnight travel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 1-3 years of documented and verifiable sales experience, working in a procedural surgical sale, will consider hungry Associate Rep
• Documented ability to grow sales in previous sales positions.
• The individual must also maintain medical documentation and a good, documented health profile to allow them the ability to comply with customer requirements within their territory.

Pay and Benefits:

• Base $80,000 with OTE $183,000 first year, not capped
• $2,000 bonus per Quarter for every Quota TM achieves 100%
• 3-month Guarantee
• Car allowance $700 + gas + $100 oil change
