Job summary

You Are Accountable is expanding its field team in Seattle to grow referrals and partnerships in the recovery care ecosystem. You will manage a territory, engaging with residential programs, detox facilities, and community organizations to drive referrals and outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in outside sales or related outreach, with the ability to speak the language of treatment settings and payer sources.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales, community outreach, admissions, or business development.
• Knowledge of treatment ecosystem including detox, residential, PHP/IOP, MAT, sober living is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a territory plan covering referral sources.
• Be in the field 4–5 days a week, 15–20 meetings per week once ramped.
• Sell consultatively and qualify referrers’ needs.
• Call on treatment, clinical, and community partners.
• Run in-services and lunch-and-learns.
• Activate new accounts and keep existing ones warm.
• Log activity in CRM the same day.
• Adhere to compliance standards in referrals.
