Job summary

You Are Accountable is expanding its field-based sales team to connect clinicians, discharge planners, and community partners with our recovery support services. In this role you will own a territory, build an account list, conduct in‑services, and drive quarterly referrals.

You live in the territory, have 2+ years outside sales, and can explain costs to referrers. The position offers travel, a strong bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales, community outreach, admissions, or business development.
• Familiar with treatment industry terms: detox, residential, PHP/IOP, MAT, sober living.
• Able to explain costs to referrers clearly and accurately.
• Experienced building lists, knocking on doors, turning cold contacts into relationships.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding referral targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a territory plan covering referral sources.
• Be in the field 4–5 days a week, 15–20 meetings weekly when ramped.
• Sell consultatively and honestly assess fit with our offerings.
• Call on treatment, clinical, and community partners.
• Lead in-services and lunch‑and‑learns at market events.
• Activate new accounts and keep existing ones warm; referals quarterly.
• Log activity in CRM the same day.
• Maintain compliance in all referral relationships.
