Job summary

Accountable in Florida is seeking a field-based business development professional to grow referrals for recovery support services. You’ll own your territory, meet 4–5 days a week, and manage a steady pipeline with hospitals, clinics, and community partners.

You’ll build a detailed territory plan, educate referrers, and drive quarterly referrals while adhering to compliance standards. You’ll work with clinicians, discharge planners, and outreach partners, leveraging warm relationships and cold

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outside sales, community outreach, admissions, or business development.
• Ability to discuss recovery-related services with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build territory plan and manage field-based outreach in your market.
• Sell consultatively, identifying client needs before proposing solutions.
• Call on treatment programs, detoxes, and discharge planners within your territory.
• Engage with clinical practices and hospital staff to generate referrals.
• Engage with community partners and recovery organizations to expand network.
• Lead in-services and lunch-and-learns to educate referrers.
• Activate new accounts and maintain warm relationships for ongoing referrals.
• Log all activities in the CRM the same day and stay compliant with standards.
