Job summary

You Are Accountable is seeking a field‑based sales professional to grow our recovery support network in your territory. You will build an account list, conduct in‑services, and drive referrals from clinicians, discharge planners, and community partners.

In this role you will be in the field 4–5 days a week, reporting to a field manager, and operating with strict compliance. You should have 2+ years of outside sales or outreach experience and be comfortable explaining costs to referrers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales or community outreach experience.
• Ability to build lists, knock on doors, and convert cold contacts into relationships.
• Ability to discuss payment options with referrers (private pay, insurance, Medicare).

Responsibilities

• Build and work a territory plan covering your market's referral sources.
• Be in the field 4–5 days a week, 15–20 meetings a week once ramped.
• Sell consultatively and identify whether we're the right fit for clients.
• Call on treatment, clinical, and community partners to generate referrals.
• Run in‑services and attend coalition meetings, recovery events, and conferences.
• Activate new accounts and keep existing ones warm, aiming for quarterly referrals.
• Log activity in the CRM the same day and comply with all standards.
