Join to apply for the Territory Manager - Outpatient Care role at Baxter International Inc.

As a Primary Care Territory Manager, you will represent Baxter's extensive product portfolio, building trust and relationships with healthcare professionals in your territory.

Location: Home Base: St. Louis, MO
Territory: E. Missouri, Southern IL, Memphis, TN
Travel: Up to 75%, with overnight stays when necessary. Fleet vehicle provided.

You will call on physicians, clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, urgent cares, and IDNs, working with distributor reps to promote and sell products like monitoring, ophthalmic, ENT, Blood Pressure, and Cardiopulmonary equipment. Your role involves demonstrating, selling, and servicing medical equipment, providing training and motivation to distribution partners, and developing sales plans and forecasts.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, 3+ years of outside sales experience (medical device preferred), proven success in medical sales, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
