Job summary

OrganOx Limited is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to lead field sales for the metra liver perfusion platform in the U.S. You will manage hospital accounts, build strategic relationships, and drive adoption of OrganOx technology across your territory.

The role requires deep clinical knowledge of liver transplant, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel 60% to visit hospitals and conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related medical field.
• Multiple years of clinical experience in Liver Transplant.
• Willingness to travel 60%+.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute territory sales plans.
• Identify target accounts and develop value propositions for OrganOx products.
• Provide clinical and product-based support to customers as needed.
• Launch product introductions and in-services for hospitals.
• Travel to customer sites, trade shows, and conferences as required.
• Maintain relationships with hospital administrators and physicians.
• Collect feedback and work with marketing and product teams to optimize adoption.
