Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions seeks a Territory Manager to drive sales within a defined Texas territory using a mobile store model. You will prospect, present solutions, and maintain store operations while building a strong customer network.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a clean driving history, and the ability to live within the territory. You will manage daily reports and customer data while working independently to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree not required; but a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills with proficiency in databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by developing new sales leads through research, referrals, and calls to nearby businesses.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Maintain the mobile store’s cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality; submit daily reports on sales and calls.
• Keep customer contact information up to date in the company system.
