Job summary

Whirlwind Steel, a premier metal building manufacturer, is seeking a Territory Manager to cultivate relationships with customers and prospects while coordinating inside sales. You will drive territory growth and ensure accurate order processing to support customer satisfaction.

You will use CRM processes and collaborate with the District Sales Manager to onboard new clients, maintaining in-depth knowledge of product offerings to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven inside sales experience in a sales-driven environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed the sales goals for the territory.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding orders, inquiries, and projects.
• Input accurate and timely information into the CRM per guidelines.
• Assist the District Sales Manager in acquiring and onboarding new customers.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Whirlwind’s product offerings to provide solutions.
• Uphold Whirlwind’s values and brand promises.
• Ensure accuracy when keying orders to minimize mistakes.
