Job summary

Bioventus, a leader in active healing therapies, seeks a Territory Manager I to drive growth in assigned markets. You will develop territory plans, build product knowledge, and apply proven sales processes to meet quotas while engaging large physician groups.

Requirements include a 4-year degree and 3–5 years of B2B sales, plus strong communication and CRM/Microsoft Office skills. Travel and compliance are integral to the role.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree.
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience (quota-attainment) in biotech/life sciences or related fields.
• Non-sales candidates with relevant clinical experience in the Active Healing Therapies space may be considered.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (CRM, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve the assigned sales quota for the products.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge, business acumen, and sales processes for the products.
• Identify and navigate large business opportunities within IDN systems and networks.
• Conduct clinical in-service training programs for customers while adhering to compliance protocols.
• Educate healthcare providers and staff on proper use of the products.
• Support projects such as market surveys, product idea evaluations, and competitive research.
• Maintain inventory and sample control, comply with regulations, manage field samples, and track expenses.
• Stay current with company communications and technology (CRM, email, meetings).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
